Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, all watches are inspected under high magnification by our in-house Swiss-trained watchmakers before being put on the shelves to ensure there are no signs of damage to any parts or components. In addition, all products must undergo a rigorous review process.

How are watches shipped and are they insured while in transit?

purchased on Wristcheck are shipped via one of our trusted courier partners and are insured at their full value.

watches come with a one-year warranty for any manufacturer defects. For repair requests, please contact us from the form below with your order name, order number, and how the damage/incident happened. Please note that repairs completed by a third party are not covered by our warranty.
